REJUVENA TEAMS WITH INTERNATIONALLY ACCLAIMED CELL BIOLOGIST TO LAUNCH PSORIASIS, SKIN DISEASE CREAM

FORT WORTH, Texas (June 17, 2002) Rejuvena Distribution has teamed with
renowned cell biologist Dr. Lorraine Meisner to market a line of skin care products
to successfully treat psoriasis and other skin diseases.

Miraderm Psoriasis Cream is a patent-pending, nonprescription topical lotion that
has been proven to treat psoriasis in clinical trials. Miraderm is also effective in
treating eczema, dermatitis, dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis and inflammatory skin
lesions. Other products will be available soon.

"We're excited to introduce this cream internationally to the millions of people who
suffer from the agonizing symptoms of psoriasis," said Brenda Warren, principal of
Rejuvena Distribution, the exclusive distributor for Miraderm. "Miraderm Psoriasis
Cream has produced dramatic improvement in patients who have had limited or no
success with other treatments – and it has none of the usual side effects."

Dr. Lorraine Meisner is a pioneer of vitamin C anti-aging creams, and her anti-aging
products are sold worldwide. Dr. Meisner has been a professor at the University of
Wisconsin – Madison Medical School since 1968. She has held other positions at
prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Dept. of Medicine; University of
Virginia Medical School; Cancer Research Institute in Boston; and Chief, Cytogenics
Section of the State Laboratory of Hygiene (Wisconsin). Miraderm Psoriasis Cream
is her latest invention. The cream combines the rigors of science and research with
the use of natural products to provide relief for red, itchy skin.

"With most therapies for psoriasis there are severe side effects," Dr. Meisner said.
"Some may cause cancer and others cause skin to thin out. Most products work
because they shut down the immune system. Miraderm Psoriasis Cream doesn't do
that. It has a natural, herbal base. I don't like to mess with Mother Nature."

Psoriasis is a chronic skin disorder that is believed to be related to the immune
system, though the cause is still unknown. It is not contagious; a person cannot
"catch" psoriasis from another person. No cure has been found for psoriasis.

"Miraderm Psoriasis Cream can be used frequently, as opposed to a steroid,"
Meisner said. "And once it goes away, you don't have to use the cream anymore.
With steroids, as soon as you stop, the psoriasis comes back. Miraderm peels the
psoriasis off so that the skin can do its work and heal itself."

Rejuvena has launched its Web site (www.rejuvena.net) as an informational
clearinghouse on psoriasis and other skin diseases. Miraderm Psoriasis Cream sells
for $22.95 for a 50 ml tube or $39.95 for a 100 ml tube. Volume discounts are
available. Contact Rejuvena toll free at 1-866-Miraderm (1-866-647-2336).
